The Twin Room features a cozy setup with super clean linens and effective AC. With a charming balcony overlooking the lively surroundings, it offers a unique vantage for people-watching.
Finding the building can be a bit of a treasure hunt due to the lack of signage, and you have to buzz in for entry. The noise levels are significant at night, with incessant nightlife disturbances that can really derail your sleep-definitely not the place for light sleepers.

the location was marvellous and particularly good for madrid, just next door to the train station and the main attractions in madrid and the sea and the market. it also was in the heart of madrid.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were unresponsive.

The location is fantastic, it's right in the heart of the city. The facilities were excellent, with the staff being helpful and friendly. Plus, the room was spotlessly clean, and even though I had a street-facing room, the soundproofing was excellent, awesome for peaceful nights despite the lively surroundings.
The only downside was the occasional noise from the nightlife, which could be distracting at times.
